Privacy notice

Effective October 13, 2026. This notice describes the business-inquiry website of Abbas and Fadhil MD Incorporation. It does not describe a patient-care service or any clinical application the company may develop.

Information you choose to provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, organization, organization type, area of interest, and a short business message. It also requires confirmation that you have read this notice and that your message contains no patient information. Please share only the information needed to describe your business inquiry.

How inquiries are handled

We use submitted information to review business inquiries and, where appropriate, respond using the email you provide. The website’s server validates the submission and forwards it to company leadership through a third-party notification service. That provider processes and may retain notification content according to its own service practices. A successful submission means the notification service accepted the message; it does not establish when it will be read or promise a response.

This website does not create a separate inquiry database or save inquiry text to its application logs. Submission content is temporarily processed in server memory. Short-lived request identifiers are used to avoid duplicate notifications; they are not a permanent inquiry archive. Our notification service and hosting providers may retain their own operational records.

Technical request data

The server processes technical information needed to deliver the website and limit abuse, including request time, route, browser request headers, and network address. Temporary rate-limiting records expire from application memory. Hosting and infrastructure providers may maintain technical or security logs under their own policies.

Cookies and third-party resources

The application does not set advertising cookies, use a customer login, or add marketing analytics or tracking scripts. The website loads a font from Google Fonts and artwork from managed asset storage; those services receive the technical information normally sent when your browser requests a resource. Hosting or preview infrastructure may apply its own operational technologies.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may use the business-inquiry form to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you previously submitted. Include enough business context to identify the inquiry, but do not include identity documents or sensitive personal information. Verification may be needed before a request can be addressed.

Scope and changes

Do not assume this public inquiry form is suitable for confidential clinical data. We may update this notice when the website’s data practices change. Any future clinical product would require its own applicable privacy and security information.
